Right on Smurf! I reccomend the "Atlas Run's" shoes for a good all around running shoe. I have a pair of Dions for sale if that is what you are looking for. Let me know when you are up here again and you can try some different shoes out possibly.

Hey Dan,

It's Smurf from Runner's World. I got my first taste of snowshoeing Tahoe this past week. I loved it! I'm in the market for a pair of running snowshoes and hope my ankle will handle some run intervals next time I get up there. Stoked to have found this blog, as I really think I've found my "winter passtime."

Awesome blog ~
Will hopefully be in Tahoe this Feb. looking for some good mod/strenuous snowshoe trails. Just getting into the sport really. Hiking/biking is my main focus here in Atlanta.
